The Rays are dominating the majors in stolen bases, but not only did they not steal a base last night, Fogg even picked Bossman Junior off of first. We totally controlled the league's best running game. Unforuntately, the key to doing so was allowing 12 of their 17 hits go for extra bases. It's a lot harder to steal when you start at 2nd, 3rd, or just get a free pass on the bases after a game of ball-smash. There is a bright side to last night’s game.
