I can be having a terrible day; I can be totally depressed about the Rockies having an awful losing series... and then I listen to Rockiescast, and everything isn't quite as bad as it was before. It always makes me laugh and smile, and then I feel happier. I think I have a Rockiestcast addiction... it's like a drug or something... which is both a good and a bad thing.
