Jack seems like a genuinely nice guy, and I'll be very sad if they decide to install a whole new team this year. Though obviously if they're willing to put Jack on with former Cleveland Brown and Ride Home co-host Dave Logan for the Broncos game, they must like him enough. Total chaos in baseball in today! Still isn't clear if Cliff Lee is going to Seattle, imagine Halladay and Lee with the Phils lineup, that is a total nightmare. And the Red Sox fill their desperate need for bats with...an 80 million dollar replacement in the rotation for DiceK's corpse. It was definitely surreal the first time I heard it. All those football terms coming out of Jack's mouth just didn't sit right. That way they'd still get a compensation pick in the draft for losing Marquis, and they'd pay fair value to retain a half-beard in case any players have cold faces or become dangerously unscruffy.
